岡波巴祖師轉世的嘉察巴攝政國師恭稱第三世多杰羌佛為無比上師

【記者 楊宜／專題報導】2007年2月，岡波巴祖師轉世的嘉察國師見到三世多杰羌佛的《正法寶典》，激動和讚嘆不已，恭稱三世多杰羌佛為『無比喇嘛』，馬上提筆寫了賀信。嘉察仁波且，又名嘉察巴，是噶舉傳承中一位極為重要的仁波且，其名號『嘉』就是指大寶法王噶瑪巴，『察』指的就是代理或攝政，嘉察仁波且是大寶法王噶瑪巴唯一的一位代理和攝政的國師。以下是嘉察國師祝賀函翻譯全文：

無比上師仰諤雲高：

首先，本人確信你被阿秋．龍多丹貝加參等雪域各宗派的高僧大德認證為維摩詰第二世，以及追認為成就尊氏的轉世系統。其次，你以佛菩薩法形為主題而成就的《正法寶典》能夠順利出版之際，在下衷心祝賀！

最後，在下真誠祈願能有緣見聞覺知《正法寶典》的芸芸眾生的本性中播下成佛解脫之種子，並獲得徹知圓悟的遍智無上佛果！

國師嘉察巴

乘願再來的仁波且被認證後，都有一個正式的坐床典禮，但嘉察仁波且則還要舉辦一個攝政的升座儀式。歷代以來，當噶瑪巴不在時，由嘉察巴代理掌管政務和法務、守護教法，從過去世到現今的第十二世都是如此。第十六世噶瑪巴圓寂以後，第十七世噶瑪巴目前還無法回到隆德寺，就由第十二世嘉察巴駐錫隆德寺主持全權法務。

嘉察仁波且為岡波巴祖師的轉世，2007年，國際佛教僧尼總會對仁波且們作出的十個不同認證身份舉行了史無前例的金瓶掣籤，從120支密封籤中抽出一支，確認嘉察仁波且是岡波巴祖師的轉世，而此身份正是三世多杰羌佛在金瓶掣籤之前早已作出的認證。在蓮花生大師時代，仁波且化現為蓮師二十五大弟子之一的喀欽巴之旺祝，圓寂後，全身融入虛空，進入空行淨土。而後第一世嘉察仁波且在第六世噶瑪巴處領受了完整的教法並圓滿了所有教法的修習。在第六世噶瑪巴圓寂後，嘉察仁波且尋獲第七世噶瑪巴秋札嘉措，為他升座，並為他授戒。蓮花生大師曾示現於第七世噶瑪巴面前對法王說：嘉察仁波且『具諸佛之慈悲事業，應授予寶冠以為權位』，大寶法王乃遵蓮師之法旨，依密續喇嘛貢巴杜巴曼達拉文而製成寶冠，以阿彌陀佛身功德加持之，冠於第二世嘉察仁波且達西朗嘉之頂。中國明朝靖宗皇帝見當時全國高僧唯嘉察仁波且證量道境最高，便御封第一世嘉察仁波且為『國師』，從此嘉察仁波且即成為噶瑪噶舉唯一的攝政國師。以後歷代嘉察仁波且均由噶瑪巴大寶法王認證，並協助噶瑪巴掌管政法二務。

在第十二世嘉察仁波且降生之前，第十六世噶瑪巴曾作出指示：『嘉察札巴嘉此措之法脈，於木馬年、在種種殊勝吉兆中，靈童誕生於幸福家庭，父名羅佐，母名佐瑪，居於距楚布寺快馬奔馳兩天路程之西部高原上。』後於1954年藏歷7月11日 ，第十二世嘉察仁波且在種種瑞兆中降生並被認定，四歲時，由第十六世噶瑪巴大寶法王親自為其剃髮，並在仁波且駐錫大寺楚布卓伽寺的國師之獅子寶座上，為仁波且舉行升座大典，為其戴上金紅色寶冠。現在，尊貴的第十二世嘉察仁波且正在給予第十七世噶瑪巴大寶法王灌頂、修法等 方面的 教授，是大寶法王的唯一攝政王、大國師。

嘉察巴不但是十七世噶瑪巴烏金聽列多杰的上師，也是第一世噶瑪巴杜松淺巴的噶舉法脈傳承上師岡波巴大師，這一世的噶瑪巴所學的幾十部經教、佛法都是跟嘉察巴學的，因此，無論從哪個角度來看，噶瑪巴都不能說高於剛波巴化身的嘉察巴和瑪爾巴化身的泰錫度。從俗輩的倫理上來看，應該是平等的，從學識的道量上來看，應該是互為師徒的，因此，在嘉察巴的前面應該冠以H.H.。但鑒於噶舉巴的法位制度，所以只得冠以H.E.。

Recognitions & Congratulations to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III

A Buddha Truly Recognized as Such in Accordance with the Dharma

The people on both sides of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III on this page are the highest present-day dharma kings and regent dharma kings from various Buddhist sects or are famous rinpoches. It is they who wrote recognitions, corroborations, or congratulations to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the first Buddha on earth to have received such a large number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations and to have been recognized as having the highest status! No other Rinpoche on earth has ever received even one third of the number of recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations from great dharma kings, regent dharma kings, etc. that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has received. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has singlehandedly manifested accomplishments in thirty large categories involving all of the Five Vidyas, thereby establishing the highest record of accomplishment in the history of Buddhism in this world.

Certain evil people have slandered H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as having conferred upon Himself the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and they have thereby guided Buddhist practitioners toward evil. In order to protect the wisdom roots of living beings, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III makes the following vow of truth: “If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations that follow did not come from the dharma kings, regent dharma kings, and rinpoches whose photographs appear on this page of from their temples and/ or are not copies of the original texts but rather are my fabrications with forged signatures – if even one such case exists – then i should descend into hell without the possibility of ever leaving hell. If those recognitions, corroborations, and congratulations were written or typed by them as well as signed and/ or stamped by them, the merit of this truth will bring to everyone wonderful blessings and wisdom! Vow Maker- Dorje Chang Buddha III“

• H.E. Regent Dharma King and National Master Goshir Gyaltsab

H.E. the 12th Goshir Gyaltsab Rinpoche is the only regent dharma king for H.H. the Great Jewel Dharma King who is a National Master. Even the 17th Karmapa Great Jewel Dharma Kings learned Buddha-dharma under H.E. the 12th Goshir Gyaltsab Rinpoche.

After H.E. National Master Gyaltsab read A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma about H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in February of 2007, he was very moved and profusely praised H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. He respectfully called H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III an “incomparable Master” and promptly wrote a letter of congratulations.

CONGRATULATIONS

Incomparable Master H.H. Yangwo Wan Ko:
First, I firmly believe that H.H. Jamyang Lungdok Gyaltsen Achuk, as well as other eminent monks and persons of great virtue within the various sects of snowy Tibet, have recognized Your Holiness as Vimalakirti II and have recognized Your Holiness as head of the lineage of the venerable reincarnated accomplished ones. Second, I wholeheartedly congratulate Your Holiness on the successful publication of A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma .

Finally, I sincerely wish that seeds leading to Buddhahood and liberation will be planted in the original nature of the multitudinous living beings who have the karmic affinity to read A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma and that such living beings will attain the supreme fruits of perfect enlightenment, omniscience, and Buddhahood!
